When we began looking to put our home on the market we met Goli and her partner in our neighborhood. We were immediately impressed by their friendliness and interest in us. A few days later they came by to explain how they would go about selling our home and what it involved for us. They were very patient in explaining the details and how things would work. They were also very attentive to our particular situation and expressed a desire to work with us in a way that fit us and our schedule. They explained in detail the market situation and together we came up with a sale price we thought was reasonable. They gave us a few additional hints on other things to do to prepare the house for sale, again, working with us in a very reasonable and practical way. They also added a few touches to make the house appealing to those looking at it. The house sold very quickly and for more or less what we were asking. Again, they explained in detail the different elements of the contract and responded competently and thoroughly to all of our questions. In the whole process Goli and her partner treated us with respect and showed appreciation for our house as well. We felt from beginning to end that they were there to serve our interests and not their own. We would highly recommend Goli to others planning to sell their home.

I met Goli and her partner while walking my 3 dogs. I was not in the market for selling my home at the time, but I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I saved their card and when I was ready to consider selling, I called them. They gave me outstanding advice as to how to present and price my home, and they put me in contact with Doug who did an amazing job of fixing and painting. They then staged the house and made a video walk-thru that highlighted it’s best features. They handled the showing and presentation of offers with exceptional professionalism.
